NOTE

1.  Ms. Boyd, p. 143, describes its location as '... about half a mile southeast of the Kastro on "Rusty Ridge" (Skouriadzmenos, RHC)...' But Eaby [2007] p. 55, G. Skouriasmenos ("Rusty Ridge") describes it as 'Approximately 1 km southeast of the Kastro settlement...'. I have followed Eaby.
