2.  Simpson and Lazenby [1973] 147: 'Inglieri affirms Mycenaean tombs both at Chimaria (FS no. 18) and Palaiochora (FS no. 19). These assertions require confirmation.'

3.  Marker placed following Map N in Simpson [1981] 192, no. 14.

4.  Georgiadis [2003] 38: 'The sites of ..., Monolithos (B26) were quite problematic, as Hope Simpson and Lazenby have pointed out, and they could not be located (1973: 146-7).'
