GENERAL SITE TYPE  Pottery

TYPE

1.    Pottery.   van Wijngaarden [2002], 324    'Catalogue I: Sites in the Mediterranean with Mycenaean pottery' includes Tamassos Litharkes

PERIOD (High Chronology)

NOTES

1.  van Wijngaarden on p. 324 has the place name 'Tamassos Litharkes'. I suspect he has confused it with the sanctuary site at Meniko-Litharkes, about 11 km. distant to the NW.
