NOTES

2. The description on the Aristeia Project page here matches the description in the EFA/BCH Online item no. 2492 (no. 13) which is here. The actual location, according to Aristeia Project, is at 'Paliochori'. Map no. 5 'The Acropolis and the Plain of Sikyon' which is one of the loose-leaf maps in Lolos [2011] shows 'Palaiochori' in this location. Crossing that area on Lolos' map some 'New railway excavations' are shown although part of the new railway is a tunnel. The ErgOSE mentioned by the Aristeia Project is actually the railway authority and so it seems reasonable to think that this site was discovered consequent to railway excavations as opposed to the 'motorway' constructions mentioned by Aristeia. I have placed the marker in the middle of this area on a series of distinct piles of earth; these may be the very tombs being sought and so I have set the error radius to 0.
