In Crete the best absolute dating would be very late LM IIIB to the early Geometric, i.e. some decades before 1200 (1230?) to c. 800 B.C.'

2.  If I (RHC) understand the literature properly it seems that the identification of this site as a peak sanctuary is not resolved.
