a. Sjögren [2003]: 122, 'LO', 'One terracotta bull figurine and a female faience head date from the LO period.'
NOTES
1. Dr. Kanta is not certain from which cave came the objects that she saw in the Heraklion Museum. Topoguide marks two caves just to the N and E of Liliano. 'Pottery' is marked at 35.18644, 25.335699 (F3884), a north cave at 35.187071, 25.336532 and another cave 161 m. to the S on a bearing of 177.4 degrees at 35.185617, 25.336621 (F3885). I have placed the marker on the northerly one.
2. Donald Jones [1999] 3, says this: 'In the case of Liliano, the actual cave has never been located, although a number of artifacts, mostly ceramic from the Minoan period, said to be from it have been recovered.'
