2. In Chronique_4312 on Ammouli, Goumero, X. Arapogianni (Z' EPKA) reports that the chance discovery at this hill site of an LHIIIC stirrup jar (in 2001) and a kyathos (in 2004) gave rise to a trial excavation which did not reveal antiquities. The perimeter of the hill had been disturbed by extensive earthmoving which had completely destroyed the ancient remains (probably Mycenaean chamber tombs).
