1.  I interpret Dr. Oren's remarks to mean that C68 is one of the 'small encampments' surrounding site BEA-10 (Bir el-'Abd, C6397). See Oren [1987] 78. I have placed the marker near C6397 but have no other information on which to base a positioning. Dr. Oren does not show it on his otherwise fine sketch map in Fig. 4 on p. 79.
