a. Simpson and Dickinson [1979]: 367, ' ... may represent a cemetery area connected with the settlement.'
NOTE
1. Simpson and Dickinson [1979] 367 say of this location, "Similar fragments of pithoi found on a hillock c. 1 km. to SW ... ". They are measuring from C7111 and their directions indicate this well-known hillock which supports the remains of the Hellenistic tower (F6212).

Dawkins and Wace, in discussing this hillock, identify the remaining stone work as a tower. And they include a photo taken facing approx. W. It is online here
Also G.E. Bean and J.M. Cook, 'The Carian Coast III', Annual BSA (52) 'Leros', pp. 58-146. [1957]. Especially 134 ff. It is online here. A chapel was built from the ruins of the Hellenistic watchtower(F6212) and this seems to be what the authors are calling H. Eirene (F6216). They say ' ...; and at H. Eirene, between the bay and H. Georgios, is the ruin of a square tower described and illustrated by Dawkins and Wace.' For Dawkins and Wace see above. This location is not between the bay and H. Georgios (F6213) but is to the SW of H. Georgios.
N.B. the location of the famous temple to Artemis (Parthenos Iokallis) is not known.
