Fossey and Morin [1989], 169    '...contains many of the elements of a city: a fortified akropolis, a lower settlement of many houses with a simple urban plan, an outer circuit wall surrounding this lower town, some open spaces within for shelter of herds (or place of assembly?), and at least one shrine.'
